Reporting to: General Manager of Operations
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will manage daily operations at the respective facility, focusing on vehicle conversions, customer service, and staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Supervise vehicle conversions and refuelling operations, ensuring daily targets are met.
- Coordinate with the Technical Manager to schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Customer Relations:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
- Promote services to attract more clients and expand the customer base.
- Resource Management:
- Monitor inventory levels for parts, tools, and CNG supplies, and coordinate reordering as needed.
- Ensure the site is adequately staffed to meet operational demands.
- Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintain records of daily activities, including vehicle conversions and CNG sales.
- Ensure site compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/HND degree or equivalent experience in operations or business management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
