Factory Manager (Preference is Chinese or Philippine)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria

Job Summary: The Factory Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assembly plant, ensuring efficient production processes, quality output, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all factory operations.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet targets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower and materials.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the facility.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of production management and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
