Business Development Manager
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria
Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company’s market presence. This role involves market research, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential markets and customer segments for CNG and bi-fuel tricycles.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
